海运询价：
① 需掌握发货港至各大洲，各大航线常用的，及货主常需服务的港口，价格 ；
② 主要船公司船期信息 ；
③ 需要时应向询价货主问明一些类别信息，如 货名 ，危险级别等。（ 水路危规 ）
陆运询价：（人民币费用）
① 需掌握各大 主要城市公里数 和拖箱价格；
② 各港区装箱价格；
③ 报关费、 商检、动植检 收费标准。
　　不能及时提供的，需请顾客留下电话、姓氏等联系要素，以便在尽可能短的时间内回复货主。

二、接单（接受货主委托）
